Summer's not over yet!
Hey y’all! Happy Sunday! I’m back and so happy to be! I said I was taking 1 week off, but then took 2, oops! It was nice to have a lil break and let my mind collect lots of ideas.
We had really lovely time at Wrightsville Beach, we were there during the cooler temps, which was blissful. Lots of family time, not as much beach time as we envisioned since Millie is still anti-sand, so we explored Wilmington. The key for us was having a babysitter come twice so we could get some kid-free chill time. I did not look at my work phone once, which was a truly needed escape. I love a good reset and this one did wonders!
Wishing each of you a fabulous Sunday, full of things you love! Thank you for supporting Consider it Done.

What I’m Loving
Fair Play by Eve Rodsky - I’ve listened to many a podcast with Eve Rodsky where she explains how she’s solved the problem of domestic responsibility equality in partnerships. I’m finally reading her book, and it’s really enlightening. I’m finding that my own mindset is programmed to take on all the domestic work, even when Wills is willing to lean in. I’m excited to be reading this now so we can have a reset before we head into our fall routine.
Real, fresh bread - As I write this, I’m eating a slice of rosemary sea salt sourdough with cold butter and flaked sea salt. It’s divine. Once you go fresh bread, you really can’t go back to the store bought stuff, and I’m OK with that. However, I’m also not a trad wife, so I prefer to get my bread at the farmer’s market. I get home, slice it up, and freeze it so I don’t worry about it getting moldy before I enjoy every last crumb!
Strawberry Unitard - Millie loves her Saturday gymnastics class, and I was struggling to find cute leotards until our gymnast girlie Catherine told us about this one!
